On February 27th, 2018, an Open Event was held in Blagoevgrad – Bulgaria in the framework of the project “Actions for the Support and Improvement of Social Entrepreneurship at Local Level –” ACT SOCIAL “, implemented within the framework of INTERREG V-A Greece – Bulgaria 2014-2020 Programme.

The Association of South Western Municipalities was responsible for the organisation of the event, bringing together public and private stakeholders and stakeholders in the Blagoevgrad region, who were invited to be informed about the objectives and expected results of the ACT SOCIAL project.
